That platform, which you created so selflessly to give back to young African professionals like myself, became the beginning of a journey I’ll always be grateful for. Since then, you’ve also given me the privilege of working closely with you, first at Hutzpa, and now at CarbonEx. And I mean it when I say that your brilliance, your discipline, the way you bring ideas to life with so much clarity continues to challenge and inspire me. You’ve been more than a mentor. You’ve been a partner and a real example of what focused, values-driven leadership looks like.

Your words challenged me to think bigger, dream bolder, and commit to impact, no matter the obstacles.
